At Zimmer & Bunch, we believe that resolving family law issues through settlement is in our clients’ best interests. In most cases, the range of results can be determined by a careful analysis of the facts of your case, and the law that applies to your case. Of course, the parties to a divorce, and their respective lawyers, may have serious disagreements about the facts and the law of a particular case. In the majority of cases, these disagreements can be resolved with the assistance of a skilled mediator. Resolving disputes in mediation gives each party a degree of control that is not present in a trial.
